Why does the police car have english writing and everything else is in chinese???

I suppose it is so that non Chinese reader know that it is a police car rather than some other kind of black and white vehicle with flashing lights on top of it.

If you look at Chinese police uniforms, most of the badges on the uniforms seem to have police written on them in English. Almost all police stations too are sign posted in English.

Who do these English think they are!! They go around burning things (White House's, Gardens, And any thing south african) THEN THEY HAVE THE CHEEK TO FORCE EVERYBODY INTO USING THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE SO THEY DONT HAVE TO LEARN ANYBODY ELSE's Lazy sods

Actually, Chinese are being forced (if you can call it that) to learn English by the Chinese government. It's part of the school curriculum.
